I’m an author and an artist.

I’ve worked for many years in book and digital publishing. These days I enjoy using my publishing skills to produce my own books.

My books start with a fun idea or an art experience. Once begun, these projects take on a life of their own. I work with designers, editors, technical staff, and printers to create my books. I’m delighted with how everyone contributes to the final print, digital, and audiobooks. I love collaborating with creative people.

I enjoy new and developing technologies. But we all need balance and I get mine with mindful urban and location sketching. It’s wonderful when these drawings become books.
